Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Support Service collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Account data

When you sign up we collect your name, email, role and the organization you belong to. This data is used to authenticate you and to scope access to your workspace.

2. Location and GPS

Engineers and customers may share device GPS coordinates when raising or working a complaint. Location data is attached to the complaint and used to dispatch the right person to the right place. Location is captured only with your explicit permission and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

3. Uploaded files (photos, audio, video)

You may upload photos, audio recordings and short videos as evidence on a complaint. These files are stored in our secure object storage, are only visible to authorized members of your organization, and can be deleted by an admin at any time.

4. Push notification tokens

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push alerts. Your device token is stored against your account so we can route notifications. Tokens are removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember UI preferences. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.

6. Data retention

Complaint records and attachments are retained for the lifetime of your organization's subscription, plus 30 days after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion. Audit logs may be kept longer for compliance purposes.
