By accessing or using Support Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or compromise the platform, no uploading of malware, and no harassment of other users. Abuse may result in suspension.
2. Account roles
Access is governed by roles — Admin, Engineer, Customer and Sales. Each role has a defined scope. Account holders are responsible for actions taken under their credentials and for maintaining password confidentiality.
3. Content ownership
You retain ownership of all complaints, attachments and content you upload. You grant Support Service a limited license to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for your organization.
4. Service availability
We work hard to keep Support Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Support Service is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
